Dental Assistant Lee Ann Alderman honors Fullife Hope Center for our office’s 2021 Year of Giving Back. We will share how and why she chooses to help Rock Hill by supporting this charity.
Lee Ann is an amazing person–wonderful mom, great friend, capable, talented, all around good person. Thus her support of this charity assures us that it has heart and values in the right place.
Here Lee Ann answers questions about Fullife Hope Center and explains why she recommends this charity.
Why do you Support Fullife Hope Center?
Lee Ann: My family and I enjoy spending time at Fullife. Clearly, their goals and love for the community line up with our beliefs. For instance, their mission includes serving the whole person, not just meeting physical needs. And they are fun people to work with.

I know the executive director, Dr. Warren Forster, personally. Thus I see his heart for the community. And that he inspires others to serve in Rock Hill. In fact, he inspires me to volunteer at Fullife.
We enjoy serving meals and helping with events at Fullife with others from our church. Thankfully, this has built relationships between our members and the people at Fullife.
Justin (my husband) and I enjoy working with our church youth group at Fullife . Understandably, we are happy that they are learning to serve others through working there.

What does Fullife do for the Rock Hill community?
This organization serves as a day shelter for Rock Hill. Thus Fullife provides basic needs, such as food, showers, laundry, and transportation. In addition, they offer mentoring and discipling to help individuals get back on their feet.
Most important of all, they share the gospel, offering hope and security to those in need.
I like Dr. Forster’s mission: to continue to change our culture for Christ one soul at a time. And I appreciate that he is proud of the programs participants’ successes.
How does Fullife help those in need?
The Fullife Hope Center day Shelter’s first priority is mentoring and discipling our participants. This is a safe atmosphere to learn and grow in Christ and build a kingdom relationship. We partner with several ministries and families in our community to empower and elevate each individual to their full potential.
We then offer an action plan towards restoration, including computer classes, financial support, and multiple classes and programs. Next we follow up to help build support and care from within the community.

As a result of this ministry, individuals move towards restoration in family and faith relationships. In addition, they maintain medical and mental health and improve financial strength.
How has this ministry helped you?
Lee Ann: I have loved seeing lives changed in so many ways through Fullife’s relationships with people in Rock Hill.
For my family, working here has made my two boys see that serving is fun as well as rewarding. Reid and Crosby have made new friends and enjoyed hanging out with the participants and other volunteers.

Fullife Hope Center is a special place. I am thankful my boys and the youth at our church get to be a part of what they do to help people in Rock Hill.

What are current needs of this charity?
Fullife needs financial help on a regular basis to continue to provide food, toiletries, and classes to help their participants.
Recently they began to save money for an ice machine to help with food service. And there are many other items that would help them serve participants who visit each day.

Lee Ann and Cranford Dental
We love Lee Ann at Cranford Dental! She started in 2012, right as Dr. Elizabeth Cranford joined the practice. She became an expert at assisting with wisdom teeth removals and dental implants. And, of course, she was wonderful with children who visited our office.
In August, 2021 Lee Ann began a new job at York Road Elementary School. She is fulfilling a long time dream to work with children in schools. She will be a great encourager to the students there.
Our loss is Rock Hill School District 3’s gain!
And should we mention that as well as being a supporter and loving mom, Lee Ann is a fun and loyal friend?
