The Bennetts in Rock Hill
Debbie Collins Bennett and Timmy Bennett grew up in Rock Hill. Timmy and his twin brother Eddie have worked at Comporium Communications for over 20 years.
Timmy is a hard working Christian and family man. His friends know that he would do anything to help anyone.
Debbie went to dental hygiene school at York Tech. Then she started working at Cranford Dental. That was 26 years ago, when Debbie was 23 years old. She started in July and married Timmy that same year.
Timmy recently had his second craniotomy in an attempt to remove the tumor on his brain. Now he is beginning chemotherapy and radiation.
We plan to help him beat this tumor!
Timmy and his family appreciate the love and prayers of their many friends in Rock Hill. Courtney is a senior and Collins a recent graduate of Rock Hill High School.
Supporting the Bennett Family
This fundraiser is an example of a caring community coming together.
Debbie’s fellow hygienist Nan Katherine Paul Gallis is married to Chris Gallis. Chris’s brother George Gallis owns Nishie G’s restaurant.
Nan shared the Bennetts story with her brother in law. Then George agreed to sponsor a BBQ luncheon, with all proceeds to be donated to the family for medical bills and expenses.
This is why we love living and working in a community like Rock Hill!
When you work with the same people every day for 26 years you become like family. Debbie considers her long time patients part of this family and appreciates their concern.
Debbie’s work family is grateful to George and Nishie G’s and the Rock Hill community for their support.
